ARTISTIC INK COSMETIC & MEDICAL TATTOO
Your eyes are the first point of connection—in every conversation, every photo, every introduction. Yet traditional eyeliner is one of the most frustrating parts of a makeup routine:
-It smudges.
-It’s hard to make both sides even.
-It disappears on oily skin or watery eyes.
Permanent eyeliner and lash enhancement give you:
-Definition that stays in place during your entire day
-A more awake, open, and lifted gaze
-Freedom from constant reapplication, smudges, and makeup anxiety
At Artistic Ink, eyeliner is not a simple line—it is a custom-designed frame for your gaze, created with the same precision and discipline that has taken my work to the world stage.
“Your eyes tell your story. I’m here to help you frame it beautifully—with intention, balance, and mastery.”

We use state-of-the-art equipment and material approved by the state of California for the procedure (before we start with the procedure, forms must be filled out as required by State law).
We start by cleaning the facial area properly. We will draw the shape of the eyebrows as agreed upon earlier, pluck your hair, only if needed, sterilize the surface, and then apply topical anesthetic (cream and/or gel).
We begin to insert the pigment into the dermal layer of the skin. When finished, the pigment will look 40 to 50% darker then the color you have chosen. Within the next 3 to 4 days it will fade and the color that you have chosen will appear. The treatment generally takes between 1 to 2 hours and should leave you with natural looking eyebrows.

It is recommended that you return for a second touch up within 6 to 10 weeks, It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes; we will be adding more pigment to the brow area. During the healing process, some parts of the skin in the brow area may not hold the pigment well and we may need to add more. This is completely normal and it is important to remember that everyone heals differently.

If you desire a bold eyeliner look this is the best option for you. A cosmetic tattooing machine is used to gently implant pigment into the skin mostly following the eye line adding volume to the lash line using a fading (shading) technique. This service Provides a soft yet impactful dramatic look. This eyeliner is artistic and personalized to your eye shape.

Consultation & Eye Shape Analysis
We begin with a thorough consultation, where we review:
Your eye shape (round, almond, hooded, deep-set, etc.)
Lash density and any lash extensions or serum use
Your daily makeup routine and desired look
Medical history and any eye sensitivities or conditions
I then sketch the eyeliner design directly along your lash line and lid so you can see the shape, thickness, and lift. We refine together until you are completely confident.
Design Approval, Numbing & Procedure
Once the design is approved:
The eye area is cleansed and prepped
A professional topical anesthetic is applied for comfort
Using high-end PMU equipment, I implant pigment with controlled, gentle passes along the lash line and lid
Typical appointment time: about 2–2.5 hours, depending on the style and whether one or both eyes require extra correction.
Immediately after, your eyeliner will appear darker and sharper—this is normal and temporary.
Healing Period (7–10 Days)
Over the next 7–10 days, you can expect:
Mild redness or slight swelling (usually resolves quickly)
A temporary darkening of the line, followed by light flaking or softening
A gradual reveal of your final tone and shape
You’ll receive clear aftercare instructions, including:
Avoiding lash serums and eye makeup for a set period
Keeping the area clean and dry
No rubbing, pulling, or picking at the area
These steps protect your eyes and support excellent pigment retention.
Perfecting Touch-Up (6–10 Weeks After
Your second session is where we perfect the art.
In your Perfecting Session we:
Add density where the skin healed lighter
Refine edges, wings, or softness
Make micro-adjustments based on how your skin responded
This visit usually takes 30–60 minutes and turns a beautiful first result into a polished, long-lasting, championship-level outcome.

Gradient (Shaded) Eyeliner – Championship Signature
Soft, smokey eyeliner that lifts and opens the eyes.
My signature, competition-winning technique, Gradient Eyeliner uses a softly shaded effect to create a gentle lift and dimension along the upper lid, with no harsh start or stop lines.
Best for:
Clients who love a smokey, blended eyeliner
Hooded or mature eyes needing subtle lift rather than harsh lines
Those wanting a result that looks elegant in both daytime and evening light
Classic Eyeliner / Wing
Defined eyeliner tailored to your eye shape.
A cleaner, more defined line, with or without a wing, designed to match your natural crease, lid space, and bone structure. The wing is not copy-paste; it is engineered to lift your specific eye shape.
Best for:
Clients who wear eyeliner every day
Those who prefer a stronger, more makeup-like look
Eyes that benefit from a bit of architectural lift and structure
Lash Enhancement
Ultra-natural definition for every eye.
A thin, invisible-looking line implanted between and along the lashes to give the appearance of thicker, fuller lashes—without looking like obvious makeup.
Best for:
Clients who say, “I don’t want visible eyeliner, I just want my eyes to pop.”
Those who prefer a no-makeup or minimal makeup look
Anyone wanting to subtly restore definition lost with age or lash thinning
WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR PERMANENT EYELINER?
Permanent eyeliner is ideal if you:
Are tired of applying eyeliner daily or struggle with symmetry
Have watery eyes, allergies, or sensitive skin that cause makeup to smear
Wear glasses or contacts and want your eyes to stand out
Live an active lifestyle—gym, outdoor activities, swimming—and want smudge-proof definition
Have sparse or missing lashes and want the illusion of density
Want to wake up with bright, defined eyes—ready before your first cup of coffee
We will always review:
Lash growth serums (they must be stopped well in advance)
Lash extensions (must be removed before the procedure)
Any current eye conditions, surgeries, or medications
If it isn’t safe or in your best interest, we will not proceed—and that is part of my professional responsibility.
Avoid lash growth serums for at least 30 days before your appointment (they can make the lash line overly sensitive and vascular).
Remove lash extensions at least 2–4 weeks prior to treatment.
Contact lenses must be removed during the procedure and avoided for a period afterward—bring glasses to your appointment.
Certain eye conditions (severe dry eye, active infections, recent surgery, uncontrolled glaucoma, etc.) may mean permanent eyeliner is not appropriate right now. We will assess this honestly in your consultation.
Your eye health and long-term comfort are more important than any appointment.
